1. Digital Products

3. Memberships

If we cancel an event, you may receive one of the following, at our discretion:

• Credit toward a future event
• Access to a replay or replacement event

6. AI Services

Our AI-powered tools generate content based on information provided by the user.

Because outputs are created instantly and customized for each user, refunds will not be issued based on:

• Personal preferences
• Desired wording
• Creative differences
• Business outcomes
• Marketing performance
• AI-generated responses

Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before using it.

7. Business Formation & Professional Services

Refund eligibility for business formation, document preparation, grant consulting, funding consulting, or other professional services will depend on the stage of work completed.

If work has already begun, refunds may not be available.

If government filing fees, third-party costs, or processing fees have been incurred, those amounts are non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
